"An Error occurred The "Add" operation failed"

User logged in as a content admin (assigned the default role) cannot add a new Task event Trigger to a task. Error message; "An Error occurred; The "Add" operation failed."

This is a bug that was reported in the Qlik Sense June 2017 release and should be fixed Qlik Sense September 2017

Workaround:

1. Create a new rule

2. In resource filter add "CompositeEvent*"
